Create: A Glass Weaving; Glass Cutting Experience Necessary! SUNDAY, AUGUST 23: 3:30-6:30p
In this class, Students will be Choosing (3) colors & strip cutting glass to create a Special glass woven plate (as shown). OPEN TO ALL LEVELS w/Glass Cutting Experience. Each Student will be measuring & cutting a lot of strips for their plate, so comfort with Glass Cutting is essential for precision cutting. Students will learn several ways to cut the glass for this project. All materials, tools, instruction, and (1) firing is included with class cost. Additional Time Needed to complete Your Product Incurs an Hourly Fee. Plate can be slumped into a shallow or deep curved bowl (both pictured) for an additional fee.
