North FL Glass Meetup ONLY! Create a Tropical Ornament Hanging! Sat, Sept 23, 2023; 1-5p
In this class, students will create their Tropical Ornaments using a variety of colored glass frit (little pieces of glass). Students will have the opportunity to Choose 2 of their Tropical Shapes, create Molds, and use silver chain to create their Hanging. (An additional Fee incurs for A 2nd Class to Add Beads & Trinkets.) An Indoor/Outdoor Tropical Frit Ornament Hanging w/2 Ornaments is included w/1 each of following choices: Palm Tree, Fish, Small Dolphin, Beach Ball, Lighthouse, Shell, Sea Star. **NOTE**: The Option exists to create other Themed Ornaments for your hanging, like: Fall (Pumpkin, Fall Leaf), Halloween (Bat, Pumpkin, Ghost), Garden (Flower/any, Tree, Bird), or Peace (Peace Sign & Dove). Please Let Me Know if you'd like to do a different Theme than Tropical! No glass cutting involved. Students will learn to create a mold in order to create their Tropical Ornaments.
